Our products are non-returnable due to their consumable nature.
However, in the unlikely event a damaged, defective or different item is delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable. You may request a replacement or refund within 15 days of delivery.
We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
We'll also pay the replacement shipping costs if the defect is a result of our error (you received a defective item).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of your refund request approval, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

Items sent back to us without our approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
