Rice Pancakes

Instead of letting your leftover rice go to waste, make our delicious Rice Pancakes! They are a quick and easy meal that will give you a nice change from the regular breakfast meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of SmartRice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • Dash of salt
  • Butter
  • Syrup (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine cooked SmartRice, egg, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt into a bowl and mix well.










     

  2. Oil your pan with butter and let it warm up over a low-medium heat.

  3. Scoop out your batter out and put it onto the hot skillet. Make the scoops roughly 3 inches wide.
